I am also a smoker and going outside to smoke was not a problem, they have an are right outside the door and it was a nice night to get some air. Stayed a few more hours winning a little bit more and headed for home. While I was there I only had a slice of Pizza which was very good, but they do have meals, sandwiches, etc.

I found the complimentary coffee and soda, which I thought was nice. Walking around the building I did notice quite a few people hitting on the machines. I won money within 5 minutes (This was good!). I got my rewards card within a couple of minutes and I was ready to play. From the moment I entered, I was pleasabtly surprised and almost relieved. (Especially driving thru Maine in Summer on a Saturday late afternoon.) Boy was I wrong! No it is not Foxwwods or Mohegan ( I find them overwhelming with too many people and so many rooms). I was very hesitant about driving over 2 hours for something that I thought was going to be a big disappointment. Very unhappy with this place in the middle of nowhere. Oxford you Need to make some serious changes and make it right. And pretty much everyone I've spoken to will tell you the payouts are awful. And The cash machines don't work you have to wait in long lines. And one more thing my points card Everytime I've been, there's been some sort of drawing or contest and I've never had any redemptions. Maine just isn't a place to have any sort of casinos it's just silly. I've given this place a shot being a local and 9 out of 10 times you will loose. If Your loosing you are definitely paying towards that. There also building a motel on to it no doubt nobody is going to win untill it starts paying for itself. And he replied with well I don't know what u put in that coffee? Unbelievable not to mention he stands in front of glass doors that are in front of the smoking section. I said what? The coffee from hear that I just bought! that's disgusting but I paid for it. Went outside to smoke outside that's right and when I return the guy who checked my ID twice told me throw that out. I've been to a few casinos and I've won Everytime with only giving 20 bucks!! I Also purchased a coffee it's free but I happen to purchase it off the girl walking around. At least there by you'll at least break even.

Trust me if you happen to have a rare few extra dollars kicking around do your self a favor and head south to Massachusetts or Rhode island. Not to mention the ATM fees and payouts are so terrible.

On the very rare occasion I decided to go ahead and take a chance to try and beat the odds.
